Monitoring & Evaluation Seminar – Project Cycle Management: Analysis and Tools – ALLMEP’s training for members

ALLMEP is hosting, free of charge to our members and their staff. This workshop will focus on the different stages of the project cycle management especially the analysis and tools available. The first section will target the planning phase of the project. In this section we will focus on developing a budget for the project and discuss different terminologies used.
In the second stage we will discuss the monitoring phase, its importance and tools available. And finally, we will talk briefly about evaluation, using the mapping outcome approach, and logical frameworks.
Each participant should be able to articulate one project which your organization is working on and use this example throughout the workshop.
