Kav Mashve promotes the successful integration of Arab professionals in the Israeli business sector, in positions that are commensurate with their skills and education. Our mission is to promote a more equal and just shared society by increasing the presence of talented Arab professionals in Israeli companies. We run various leadership, guidance and training programs from high school through university and into their professional business employment. In addition, we work with employers to promote cultural sensitivity and raise awareness of the benefits of a diverse workforce.
