Unarmed Civilian Protection in Palestine – UCPiP

Unarmed Civilian Protection (UCP) is a project that provides nonviolent, direct protection to civilians in conflict zones, with a primary focus in Palestine. The approach involves well-trained civilians who offer support through methods such as violence de-escalation, protective accompaniment, proactive presence, and early warning systems. UCP’s goals include reducing violence, enhancing civilian safety, preventing displacement, and supporting the resumption of normal activities for local communities.
