Seeds of Peace is an international leadership development organization that has been working with youth and educators from the Middle East since 1993. It equips them with the skills and relationships they need to accelerate social, economic, and political changes essential to peace. Its leadership development model begins with a transformational summer camp session in the United States (Maine) that shifts attitudes and perceptions and builds respect and empathy. Year-round local programs strengthen relationships and leadership capacities. Seeds of Peace then accelerates the impact of its older alumni who are challenging the ideologies, policies, and practices that perpetuate conflict.
