In the meeting, we will discuss the situation of Palestinian detainees and prisoners held in Israel: from indiscriminate arrests and basic detention conditions, to the treatment by prison staff, torture during interrogations, deaths in custody, and legislated capital punishment. We will also examine how the judicial and law enforcement systems relate to these issues, and the implications for Israel internationally.
