Hamtzpen (“The Compass” ) is the first policy book of its kind, a guide and a work plan for elected officials to promote equality and democracy in local government.

Through young and fresh leadership, in the center and in the periphery, the compass is a guide for leaders who seek to promote and build the entire Israeli society.
