After receiving the 2019 Gilel Storch Award, U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg made the generous choice to divide the prize among three organizations, including ALLMEP member Hand in Hand: Center for Jewish-Arab Education.On Hand in Hand, Ginsburg shared: “From the earliest grades, children are taught in Hebrew and Arabic. They learn the shared values of Jews, Muslims, and Christians, among them, helping others, welcoming guests, opposing oppression, and caring for the earth.”
